Dhakai tehari is a mildly spices dish of Rice, Meat and potato. Tehari has different styles but Dhakai Style is simply the best. Its a special delicacy from Bangladesh. Authentically, its made with mustard oil and topped with tons of green chili for the aroma. Its definitely different than regular biryani's.
We add recipe booklet with our spices. Also, one 3.5 oz. pack can be used to marinade 5 KG meat. :)
