Nehari/ Nihari is a stew from the Indian subcontinent consisting of slow-cooked meat, mainly shank meat of beef or lamb and mutton, goat meat and chicken, along with bone marrow. Recipe is included.
The spice mix is 3.2 oz. which can easily make Nehari of 8-10 pounds of bone in meat serving 15-18 people at least. With 2.2 oz pack you can make Nehari of 5 pounds of bone in meat serving 6-8 people.
